Used to cover copper conductors which can be bent upto 180°, Crepe Kraft Paper covered conductors are flexible. This insulation will not crack when bent compared to plain kraft paper.

Crepe paper is available in slit width from 12mm to 50mm (as specified)I.D.O.D. as per customer's requirement

The another major product, made out of insulating crepe kraft paper is crepe paper tubes used in copper conductor connections to save time for building up insulation in transformers, very easy to use as it is available in standard I.D. starting from 3mm upto 100mm. X wall thickness is of 1, 1.5, 2 & 3mm. This tubes are so flexible that you can bend it to 360°. The insulation property BDV is much more higher as crepe paper being more compact. The glue is only at the outer end of Tube, Retains maximum oil. Best replacement for SRBP tubes recommended.

The width available is 1 & 2 meter.

In electrical industries, normally bare copper foil is used as a good conducting agent copper foil gets corroded because of moisture in the air & chemical reactions. To prevent such corrosion the copper strip is to be tinned.

Thickness (Hot dip):
Tinned copper foil strips available in continuous length form 0.05 thickness to 1mm thick or more. This material is easily solderable as more microns coating achieved.
