Insulation Crepe kraft Paper
Insulating Crepe Kraft Paper is one of the most important solid insulation of the transformers oil-paper insulation system. It influence to the quality & life-span of transformers directly. The base liquid for kraft paper is dissolved in pure liquids to manufacture Crepe Kraft Paper. The sophisticated fully automatic plant takes care of temperature controls in process and moisture content of the paper. The porosity remains intact even though paper impregnated to the liquids. The mechanical strength as well cross mechanical strength is enhanced in the process. The BDV is raised to 80% more than the average found in base insulating kraft paper. The pH value remains intact but slightly more towards acidic (preferred). The hill counts are more than the regular conventional crepe kraft paper which increases volume of the paper, allows more oil to retain, finally keeps the instrument more cool (oil Transformer). The base paper used for manufacturing Insulating Crepe Paper is made by established company who are importing long fibre pure wood pulp. The paper has excellent electrical properties. This base paper is chemically neutral with low ash, chloride & sulphate content. The paper has a very uniform formation and 100% unbleached sulphate conifer wood pulp.
Application Transformers: This Crepe Paper is used as an insulation to manufacture of oil-immersion transformers, current transformers of types IMB, CT, CVT etc. for making leads and shields. This paper has 300% more strength in mechanical and cross mechanical directions and can take various shapes.
